Very happy to be able to help! 

Who am I?
I have over 20 years of career and extensive experience in leadership positions. I am an expert in developing product strategy, marketing and sales strategies, mapping processes aimed at implementing tools that reduce costs and bring more return and results to the business.

A little bit of history:

I graduated in Computer Science in 2003 and worked as a developer for about 3 years. Then I took the PMP certification in 2005 and from then on I never left the area of software development projects. 

I have a postgraduate degree in Software Engineering, I have an MBA in Business Management from Getúlio Vargas and an Executive MBA for Leaders from Fundação Dom Cabral. I've taken several courses in IT, sales and marketing. I have given several training courses, participated in projects for large companies in Brazil, such as: Globo, Santander, Oi, Itaú, Vale, Caterpillar, Lojas Renner, among others. 

Developed teams, new processes, areas. I entered into partnership with some companies.

I came to Portugal in 2018 and here, first I tried to bring one of the companies from Brazil here, however, it didn't work very well because I still didn't know the Portuguese market yet. I joined the Mulheres de Negócios group with Rijarda Aristoteles, but then I made the decision to work first at a company and then pursue my personal projects. So, I entered the job market and went to Siemens and then to Millennium BCP. 

I'm currently working on a very interesting project for a company in London.

In parallel, I do mentorships, WHICH IS MY PASSION!

I love solving challenges! I love working with people! I love connecting people!

2. Strategic Mentoring: the ultimate solution for your business 

This mentorship is continuous and takes place every 15 days for 3 months (6 meetings of 1h30 each). In the first meeting we will define which area we will attack and we will define an action plan and in the coming months we will make this plan work. At the end, collect the indicators and results.

2) sales (definition of a more effective process, with adequate tools)

3. Business Consulting: A Smart Decision

I want to act as a facilitator and agent of change in organizations, developing business through sustainable, personalized and effective solutions, resulting in improvements in corporate management and positive results. I will also be a mediator in the conflicts that will arise in times of change, a neutral reference in decision-making, I will direct the best investments to be made and together with the manager we will outline effective and profitable strategies.
